Politique de remboursement
If you receive your order and it doesn’t meet your expectations or you are unhappy, you have 10 days from receipt of delivery to return the product(s) in exchange for a full refund (postage not included) subject to our terms and conditions listed below.
Please note, the item(s) must be returned intact and handled with care. We also advise you provide us with proof of the return.
Just email us to let us know your concerns and we will refund you as soon as we receive the item(s) back.
The money will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days after we are in receipt of the item(s). We will notify you by email when the refund has been issued.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We know Christmas can be a stressful period to buy and return gifts, so we’re offering you some extra time to send back any unwanted item(s). Orders placed between 1st December and 1st January must be returned to us by 1st February.
For orders placed after 1st January our usual returns policy applies, as above.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Mr Lapel, for a full refund. If you have not yet received your order, please email contact@mrlapel.co.uk as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched. All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number.
