If you receive your order and it doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from receipt of delivery to return the product(s) in exchange for a full refund (excluding shipping)*, subject to our terms and conditions listed below.
Just email contact@mrlapel.co.uk to let us know your concerns and we will refund you as soon as we receive the item(s) back.
Please note, the item(s) must be returned intact and in a good condition. We also advise you provide us with proof of the return.
The money will be refunded within 1 to 10 business days after we are in receipt of the item(s). We will notify you by email when the refund has been issued.
*Any refunds will exclude the Postage and Packaging, if accepted after 15 days.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Mr Lapel, for a full refund.

All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number.

Yes. If you do not have a bank account, and want to pay by cash, please contact us on contact@mrlapel.co.uk. We will be happy to talk you through alternative payment options like MoneyGram, which allows you to send the payment to us using cash at the Post Office or other shops.
