If you receive your order and it doesn’t meet your expectations or you are unhappy, you have 10 days from receipt of delivery to return the product(s) in exchange for a full refund (excluding shipping)*, subject to our terms and conditions listed below.
Please note, the item(s) must be returned intact and handled with care. We also advise you provide us with proof of the return.

The money will be refunded within 1 to 10 business days after we are in receipt of the item(s). We will notify you by email when the refund has been issued.
*Any refunds will exclude the Postage or Packaging. If the shipping cost more than the Postage and Packaging fee, said amount will be deducted from your refund.
We know Christmas can be a logistical nightmare for shoppers, so we’re offering you some extra time to send back any unwanted item(s). Orders placed between 1st December 2020 and 1st January 2021 must be returned to us by 1st February 2021.
For orders placed after 1st January 2021 our usual returns policy applies.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Mr Lapel, for a full refund.
If you have not yet received your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched.
All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number.

Please email us immediately on email@example.com. To change or cancel your order it is important you contact us before your item has been dispatched, otherwise you must follow our returns process.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
We ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change the delivery address details, otherwise the item(s) will be shipped to your default address (PayPal users).
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE
If you have a discount code, please enter it at the checkout, just before you pay.
You cannot use a discount code in conjunction with another discount code.
Discounts do not apply to Postage and Packaging.
If you are having trouble applying a discount code, please email us on email@example.com and we will help you. If you pay for your order without applying the discount code, you will not be refunded the money you would have saved (we incur large charges each time we issue refunds).
