If you receive your order and it doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 10 days from receipt of delivery to return the product(s) in exchange for a full refund (excluding shipping)*, subject to our terms and conditions listed below.

Please note, the item(s) must be returned intact and in a good condition. We also advise you provide us with proof of the return.

*Any refunds will exclude the Postage or Packaging. If the shipping cost was more than the Postage and Packaging fee, said amount may be deducted from your refund.
We know Christmas can be a logistical nightmare for shoppers, so we’re offering you some extra time to send back any unwanted item(s). Orders placed between 1st December 2023 and 1st January 2024 must be returned to us by 1st February 2024.
For orders placed after 1st January our usual returns policy applies.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Mr Lapel, for a full refund.

We accept several different types of payments, including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and Google Pay. We also accept payments via Klarna, which allows you to pay for your items in installments.
Yes. If you do not have a bank account, and want to pay by cash, please contact us on email@example.com. We will be happy to talk you through alternative payment options like MoneyGram, which allows you to send the payment to us using cash at the Post Office or other shops.
