If you receive your order and it doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from receipt of delivery to return the product(s) in exchange for a full refund (excluding shipping)*, subject to our terms and conditions listed below. 

Just email contact@mrlapel.co.uk to let us know your concerns and we will refund you as soon as we receive the item(s) back. 

Please note, the item(s) must be returned intact and in a good condition. We also advise you provide us with proof of the return.

The money will be refunded within 1 to 10 business days after we are in receipt of the item(s). We will notify you by email when the refund has been issued.

*Any refunds will exclude the Postage and Packaging, if accepted after 15 days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Mr Lapel, for a full refund.

If you have not yet received your order, please email contact@mrlapel.co.uk as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched.

All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept several different types of payments, including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and Google Pay. We also accept payments via Klarna. 

Klarna's Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. Ts&Cs and late fees apply.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?

Yes. If you do not have a bank account, and want to pay by cash, please contact us on contact@mrlapel.co.uk. We will be happy to talk you through alternative payment options like MoneyGram, which allows you to send the payment to us using cash at the Post Office or other shops.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please email us immediately on contact@mrlapel.co.uk. To change or cancel your order it is important you contact us before your item has been dispatched, otherwise you must follow our returns process.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change the delivery address details, otherwise the item(s) will be shipped to your default address.

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE

If you have a discount code, please enter it at the checkout, just before you pay.

You cannot use a discount code in conjunction with another discount code. 

Discounts do not apply to Postage and Packaging.

If you are having trouble applying a discount code, please email us on contact@mrlapel.co.uk and we will help you. If you pay for your order without applying the discount code, you will not be refunded the money you would have saved (we incur large charges each time we issue refunds).
